How can a SPAM filter product like Cloudmark help my users protect against viruses? Well, it is simple, when Cloudmark is doing their analysis of SPAM to add to the database, they quite often discover that the e-mail message that they are evaluating is actually an infected e-mail. It can be infected with viruses, trojans or other dangerous mobile malicous code that is intended to harm the recipients. Cloudmark will then tag this as SPAM and now any Cloudmark customers receiving this message will be protected at this message will automatically be moved to their SPAM folder where it will not be opened and will not be able to harm anything.
